This Fe' Fit work our program came in the mail in a nice small box well packaged and in side was a compact DVD set with everything you need to get started. Being that I am a mom and am in my 30's I thought this set would be great to try boy was I ever right! This DVD set is made for mothers like me! I have never really worked out but being that I have let me self go and I'm only getting older I want to live a much longer healthier life style and with this set I can! Its nice that this set comes with calendar and a daily as well as a weekly chart. Secondly I love love love how the DVD set has different videos to pick from then I love how it has a bar at the bottom of the screen for you to use as a guide on how long your doing the program. Being that I am a beginner working out I found that this set easy as a start then as you go it gets more challenging. I like that it has these stickers to help you with your goals. I have been doing this work out now for 2 weeks however I haven't been doing it as much as I should being that I was sick. When I'm not sick after doing these work outs I feel pumped and my day goes well. I have found that I am losing some weight now that I'm doing this system and drinking a lot more water. Over all I believe that this DVD set is great for a couch potato like my self to get up and moving. You will feel much better over all.
