After a weekend at my mother in laws I thought this would be a great read for my soon to be 5 year old. Now don't get me wrong I love my mother in law! But she does many things I don't agree with! One being that she eats SWEETS! NON stop and doesn't understand why she happens to have the health that she does. My son will go visit and when he returns he normally has a SUGAR HIGH! At first I didn't know children really could get so hyper! I always heard that some children can't eat sweets at all. Thinking what in the world never nothing sweet? Well that's got to stink. I enjoy a nice piece of dark chocolate every now and then or a slice of cake. At my home we limit the amounts that's eaten daily. So its never been a problem. Until NOW!! This book was a huge help explaining to my son how sweets aren't always whats best. and that you can make better choices. Like a apple or orange instead. I have found that after reading this book hes not asking for his Halloween candy near as much and shockingly he still has a ton more!. This is a great book with wonderful tips.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
